Here’s a list of emotions and feeling words you can use to describe your experience. This can help when you journal (See How to Keep A Journal article) or to put words to an experience you had. The emotions are grouped into “big” emotions lists like happy, sad, fear, anger, etc., to make it easier to look for a word that describes how you feel.
